Not all that much great stuff near the stadium. Awesome stadium though. But it's not really in the city - it's off in a sports complex with the Eagles stadium and some other nonsense. I went to a decent place that was within good walking distance of the stadium - just a big sports bar type place. Can't remember the name though.
Chickie and Petes runs a shuttle to their South Philly location from the stadium. There is a McFaddens IN the stadium. As well as a bar called "High and Tight" up in the nosebleeds.
As for food...try a Shchmideter. Or get some of Bull's BBQ. Great stadium.
